Our team

Octava Property Trust has from its founding been managed by an experienced, dedicated group of property and investment professionals based in Warsaw. We are a full-time, dedicated group focused every day on meeting the needs of our tenants and our investors.

Asset and investment management services are performed by Onyx Asset Management Sp. z o.o. which actively manages the portfolio, oversees external property managers for the underlying properties and directly implements all capital investment and fit-out projects.
